Welcome to another episode! This week Chris and Alan sit down with Paul Letalien, the owner of Archer Restoration Services. In his line of work, Paul is inside of his customer’s homes and deals with homeowners at some of the most stressful periods in their lives. Restoration services are typically needed following a disaster that impacts a home. Paul stresses the importance of compassion because a lot of his work revolves around a customer going through a hard time. He believes in “loving your people”, whether it is a customer or an employee it is important to love the people you work with in order to provide the best services to your client or to be the best boss.
