Chris goes back into the past and highlights the important steps he took when developing his business plan.
The number one thing he suggests is just getting that plan rolling. It doesn’t need to be a work of art. If you do not have it, you are not prepared for success. Getting this developed helps you later down the road when you need advice and help to finance your grand idea. Chris picked up a simple template from the Small Business Administration to iron out the details that he may have missed. Chris expands on those questions in the episode. One of the last things Chris stresses is to be open with your plan. Get people to critique it. Ask those specific questions to get those detailed answers.
