Measuring your customer satisfaction is necessary to expand your business…

We know how to provide great customer service or maybe you have an idea but how do we measure it? The biggest way is looking at your Google reviews. Reading what people like and don’t like about your business is key.  Obviously, you can see the ratings and comments but how can you improve them? Reaching back out and giving a personal note can help when people go through and read the reviews. One other key indicator that Chris uses is measuring his addon sales. Simply having addons usually means that the customer is satisfied with the work and vise versa. There are plenty of more gold nuggets within this episode so take a listen!
